Jennifer Luna, MSSW

Jennifer Luna, MSSW, is a social worker, career coach, writer, and speaker. She uses a collaborative and strategic coaching approach to assist social workers in identifying their strongest skills, areas of knowledge, key strengths, and leadership characteristics. Jennifer presents regionally and nationally on career development topics, including personal branding, academic branding, and the professional development cycle for social workers. She serves as director of the DiNitto Center for Career Services at the University of Texas at Austin, Steve Hicks School of Social Work, nationally recognized as a model Social Work Career Services program; and as the Chair of the Career Consortium of Career Development in Social Work Education. In addition to her work with the University, Jennifer is a certified John C. Maxwell Team coach, speaker, trainer, and speaker and provides individual consultation to professionals seeking employment in the nonprofit and public human services sector, and the academic job market.
